Dr. Finkelstein and the Center for Skin Wellness accept most insurance plans. Please notify us of your insurance plan when making an appointment and be prepared to present your insurance information upon arrival. If your insurance plan requires a referral, you must obtain the referral from your primary care physician prior to your arrival for your appointment. Insurance plans requiring a referral from a primary care physician will not allow us to treat you without the proper referral. Remember, however, in the state of Florida, you are entitled five visits per year without a referral. If you have an insurance deductible, payment for all services provided is due at the time services are rendered until your deductible has been satisfied, after which time your insurance will pay the cost of all covered procedures. Insurance co-payments are due at the time of your visit.
